چکیده
High autogenous shrinkage property is one of the disadvantages ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), which may induce early age cracking and threaten safety structure. In present study, different dosages calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) cement were added in UHPC as an effective expansive binder. Hydration mechanism, property, compressive strength carried out to investigate effect CSA addition on mechanical properties UHPC. Scanning electron microscopy was also employed characterize intrinsic microstructural reasons relating changes macroproperties. Based XRD diagram, increasing formation ettringite Ca(OH)2 can be found with content up 15%. heat flow results 10% addition, maximum release increases 2.6 mW/g, 8.3% higher than reference UHPC, suggesting a degree hydration addition. In this study, an extensive literature review has been conducted on the material characterization of UHPC and its potential for large-scale field applicability. The successful production of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) depends on its material ingredients and mixture proportioning, which leads to denser and relatively more homogenous particle packing. A database was compiled from vario...
متن کاملUltra High Performance Self Compacting Concrete
Experiences in the development of Ultra High Performance Concrete found a very high flowability in concrete with low water powder ratio. Because of the high viscosity of the cement paste, compaction was necessary. To improve the compaction characteristics of the concrete the idea of adding coarse aggregate was developed. The first tests showed a good workability of the fresh concrete and a good...
